1. Finding a Site:

3. Development Application (DA) Process for Change of Use:

- Change of Use Application: Submit a Development Application (DA) for change of use, outlining the proposed alterations and the intended purpose.
- Submit to Council: Submit a full Package to council which will include, Site analysis, conceptual layout, Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE), Plan of Management (POM) and any external consultant reports such as Acoustic, Engineering, Traffic Management etc.
- Council Approval: Await approval from the local council, which may involve a review process and public notification.

- Application for Occupation Certificate: Request a OC Checklist from Private Certifier, Submit an application for an Occupation Certificate (OC) once construction is complete and all Checklist has been ticked off.
